Do you have lipsticks laying around and don’t know what to do with them?
Well first you go try to use them as a cream blusher or even cream eye shadow….
Or you could make your own lip palette… exciting.
Things you will need:
1 (empty case) of water colors
1 tea light
Gloves
Spoon
Knife
Little stirrer
Kitchen paper
How to do it:
Option 1:
This option is better if you want to use more expensive lipsticks, since you may destroy emollients in the lipstick
Remove the watercolors if you haven’t done so ( you will need to wash the case and disinfect it with alcohol, vodka will do)
Cut of or scrap out the right amount from your lipstick case
And press the amount in the case.
Option 2- this is how I did it :)
Remove the watercolors if you haven’t done so ( you will need to wash the case and disinfect it with alcohol, vodka will do)
Light the candle
Light the candle
Cut of or scrap out the right amount from your lipstick case
Cut of piece of lipstick, make sure not to cut of too much or otherwise lipstick will spill over
Place the lipstick on to spoon over the candle
The lipstick will shortly melt, just make sure that it melts evenly and stir occasionally with your little stick
Transfer the melted lipstick into the water color case.
Let it cool down for 30 min or longer, but DO NOT put it in the fridge or freezer or the lipstick will crack.
Voila, fineshed is your new lip palette!
