Sunken eyes and circles can make you appear exhausted and unhealthy. These circles have a darker pigment than the rest of the skin and are caused by a variety of factors such as dehydration, lack of sleep, sun exposure and thinning skin. Here is one makeup trick that will make you instantly wide awake.
Always apply a hydrating cream before you start with your makeup. This will definitely help reduce the appearance of sunken eyes and dark circles.
Also drinking at least 2 litres water daily will plump up the area.
Always use a moisturizing foundation - I am using MAC Face & Body. I really love this foundation - its super moisturizing and it gives such a healthy glow to the skin.
HOW TO CONCEAL THE SUNKEN EYES & CIRCELS
Applying a thick creamy concealer directly on the line where the sunken eyes begin and then blend 50 percent of the product below the line and 50 percent above the line of the dark circles. I like to use the Bobbi Brown touch up brush but you could also use any eyeshadow brush with soft bristles.
When choosing the concealer use one that is thick and blends easily. I highly can recommend the Bobbi Brown Creamy Concealer, but also Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage and Becca's Ultimate Coverage Concealing Crème are both good choices. I generally don’t use any setting powder to set the concealer as I don’t like the ways it settles into my fine lines - but if you prefer you can use one.
You can also use the same technique if you have prominent nasolobial folds. Apply the concealer into the folds - in this case the concealer can be bit lighter and blend with a small brush.
That’s basically all the magic - this trick will make up look as you had 8 hours sleep - what I am talking about - you are gonna look like you got back from a SPA holidays.
Hope this video was helpful to you - thank you so much for watching!
