3 Best Homemade Face Exfoliators - DIY Face Scrubs

You know those expensive exfoliators you see in department stores and spas, they can cost a fortune. But did you know that you could easily make your own exfoliators with ingredients that you already might have at home.

In this video I will show you how.  Click on the link below:

 Coffee and Olive Oil Exfoliator
Simple mix 1 tablespoon of coffee grounds with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and then massage the mixture gently onto your face - this will stimulate blood flow resulting in smoother, firmer skin. Caffeine will tighten and provides antioxidants to the skin while olive oil will moisturize your skin deeply. Then simply remove the coffee exfoliator with water.

 Sugar and Olive Oil Exfoliator
If you don’t have coffee grounds at hand, you could mix sugar with olive oil instead. Mix 1 tablespoon of sugar with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and again apply it to your face and massage your face in gentle circular movements. Remove the Sugar exfoliator with water.

Clay  and Olive Oil Exfoliator
Mix 2 tablespoons of fine clay - you can buy the clay in natural health shops - and mix it with 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Add enough water to create a smooth consistency. Then apply the mask to the face and Leave on for about 15-20 minutes. Then rinse off the mask with cold water and apply your moisturizer of your choice. A clay mask helps clarify your skin, removes excess oil, shrinks pores, removes impurities and deep cleans your skin.

All three face exfoliators are incredibly moisturizing and exfoliating to the skin and will leave your face soft as baby bottom and all of this while saving you some bucks. And the best thing you can also use these on your body for extra pampering.

 Hope you liked the video!
