In summer, I
prefer to use a lip-gloss to a heavy lipstick. I suppose it’s like wearing
lighter clothes. These are the top three
lip-glosses that never leave my makeup bag and they also would suit most skin tones:
Rimmel Vinyl Gloos in Be Famous is soft peachy corals and it really has brightening effect on my lips and it looks so shiny on the lips. It's not sticky or runny and it lasts fairly long, I would say two hours without eating and drinking Available in Boots. Price in Ireland: Eur 6.65

One thing
that really can be annoying about the lip-gloss is that the application never
seems to be even, and they always seem just to slip away from the lips. Here is
how to make the lip-gloss go even and last longer.
Step 1
Use a good
quality lip balm and let it soak in at least for about 10minutes. Your lips should
never be dry, and the product you use needs a smooth surface to adhere to.
Step 2
Apply a
light layer of foundation on your lips.
Step 3
Apply a lip
liner that matches the colour of the lip-gloss; first trace your natural lip line
and the fill in the lips fully.
Step 4
Apply lip-gloss.
Step 5
Take a tissue
paper put it on your lips but not too tight so you won’t wipe off the lip-gloss,
then with a powder brush dab on translucent powder lightly on the tissue.
What is your favorite lip-gloss for this summer? Do you have any tips and tricks to share how to make the lip-gloss last longer?

I agree with you on the lipgloss over lipstick during the summer. I'm addicted to the MAC Tender Tones that I've stocked up on. And they smell amaaaazing.
