Lasting Finish Lipstick by Kate Moss - Review

Kate Moss had teamed up with Rimmel London Cosmetics and come out with a  collection designed by   herself. 

Kate says: “Whilst I’ll always have my favourite timeless shades, I love to update my lipstick to reflect the new season’s style. I wanted to play with fresh and daring colour to create a look that’s fun and feminine but with an edge.”

 I must admit that I'm very impressed with this entire line of lipsticks and would even go so far and  say, that they are one of the best drugstore lipsticks in terms of color payoff and texture. They apply smoothly to the lips and are more moisturizing than the average drugstore lipstick and they  also come in a  wide range of colors that offer pearl to cream finishes and newly added mattes. The new matte range isnot completely matte though and the lipsticks have a slight sheen finish to them.  The packing is either red for the matte range or black for the long lasting range with the name "Kate"  written on a side in a lipstick print. They cost € 6.99 each here in Ireland.

Lasting Finish Lipstick Matte by Kate Moss #107 is dark red with pink undertones.

Lasting Finish Lipstick Matte by Kate Moss #110  it's a bright red-orange, with pink undertones . Really love this shade, it brightens up my whole face and I always get many compliments when I wear it. 

Lasting Finish Matte  by Kate Moss#111  ( Kiss of death) is  true red with blue undertone, really vibrant and perfect for a night out in town.

Lasting Finish Lipstick Matte by Kate Moss # 01 is  classical red with blue undertones. This is the shade Kate is wearing in the promotional shoot.

Lasting Finish by Kate Moss #16 is a lovely  pinky coral  watermelon shade, which is vibrant but still suitable for a day time look.This shade would look great on anyone and is perfect for spring and  summer. 

Lasting Finish by Kate Moss #08  is a very natural dusty rose color with slight mauve undertones with a little bit of warmth to it; very natural and great for everyday wear. 

Lasting Finish Lipstick Matte by Kate Moss #110 is cool bright fuchsia. This shade has been seen on SS 2013 Runaways. Another favorite of mine. 

The bottom line is, they are great and inexpensive high quality lipsticks that wear well throughout the day and don't dry out my lips.So if you are on a budget, I cannot stress out enough  checking this line by Rimmel!
