Makeup inspiration - Fendis' Gold Leaf makeup

The gold leaf makeup look graced the runway at the Fendi Spring 2012 show in Milan. I like the metallic statement look, but just don't really think that I would wear it  on my night out... guess people would think that I am on my way to fancy costume party... so I decided to tone it bit down for a dramatic evening make up. And this what I came up with.....

Face
lancome teint idole ultra 24 Hour foundation in no. 35
bobbi brown creamy concealer in beige

Cheeks and Highlighters
Lip Fusion gloss in La lip Jolie ( applied on top of the cheekbones for extra glossy look)
Mac Vanilla pigment (to set the lip gloss)

Eyes
bobbi brown long lasting cream eyeshadow in bone ( applied all over the lid as a base)
Mac eyeshadow in Carbon (applied on the corner of the  eyelid and blended out towards the inner corner of the eyes)
Urban Decay 24/7 glide on eye pencil in black. ( rim the upper and lower lid of the eye and smoke it out with a brush
bobbi brown metallic cream eyeshadow in goldstone
(patted on with a concealer brush on the upper lid over the black eyeshadow and also applied to  lower lid line, for a more intense metallic look)
benefit badGal black mascara ( three coats for more dramatic effect)

Lips
Lip Fusion gloss in La lip Jolie

And thats it... simple golden smokey eye makeup ...
So what do you girls think of the Gold Leaf look? Do you think that golden eye is gonna be hot for the spring and summer?  Would love to hear, what you think!
