Benefit Watt's Up! - Best highlighter ever!

I am addicted to highlighters and luminizers.  I love Benfits’ High Beam, and have been using it for years and when I heard that they have brought out a new highlighter,  I had to have it. I have been  looking for a luminizer this good for a really long time. I also use  MACs Cream Color Bases in Pearl, Hush and  Shell, which  is kind of versatile and multi-purpose product that  can be applied directly to bare skin, or layered over foundation, moisturizer, or powder.  I also love  Macs pigment in Vanilla, and  but find it to be bit powdery at times.

I used all the products mostly as a highlighter and they did a good job until I found Benefits Watts up!.  Watts up! is absolutely an  amazing highlighter and I would say it’s an absolute must have, especially if you have a darker skin tone. It really brings out a subtle glow to your cheek bones that looks so flattering.

I suggested using  this highlighter with a brush. I use it  with a large concealer  brush and really try to get a decent amount of product on the brush. You can also dab on  the product on the area, you want highlight and then blend with your fingers. I  smooth the product across the tops of my cheekbones, the bridge of my nose and above the outer corner of my eyebrows and sometimes my temples. This creates such a subtle glow in the areas I want to pop, and I look fresh as  a daisy all day long, without touching up.  Only one piece of advice, don’t rub the stick directly onto your skin or use the sponge applicator that come with the highlighter, otherwise your foundation will be rub off and smear.
And this what it looks like applied. On my checks I am also wearing Clarins eclat minute blush in vitamin pink, which I love at the moment! They both together give me a really nice and healthy glow.

Check also my latest YouTube video with the very best highlighters for glowing skin

What I love about this product  is that:
It adds an amazing glow exactly where I want it
It looks very natural
It matches my skin tone
is long lasting
it doesn’t crease
it will take me a while, until I need to purchase again, since a little goes a long way.

What I  don’t love about this product is that:
Is expensive for what it is; it costs 35 Euros here in Ireland,
The package is bit clumsy and takes too much space in my makeup kit,
the sponge applicator is useless.

So if you are looking for a good highlighter, I think you should definitely give Benefits Watts up! a go. Have your tried the Watts up! yet? Did you like it? What is your favourite highlighter?
