whats for dinner tonight? filet steak with baby mushrooms and leeks

I dont eat  meat often , but if I do its either chicken or organic beef steak.... and tonight it was steak...hmmm

This recipe is  so delicious but still  easy and quick to prepare.
All you need is:
Olive oil, filet steak, mushrooms, leeks , season with thyme and oregano, salt and pepper
How to prepare:
heat two frying pans with olive oil,
cut the mushrooms and leeks , season with thyme and oregano, salt and pepper, add to the hot pan and stir-fry until done
season the steak with salt and pepper and fry to your liking.

Why beef is good for you:
Protein in beef  provides plenty of building blocks for our body, ensuring strong lean muscles and healthy hormones.

Not only does beef have the protein you need, but also B vitamins, iron, and zinc, important minerals for healthy hair.
In meat, these minerals exist in form that is much easier for the body to absorb compared to the minerals in grains and pulses.

Beef  fat is rich in linoleic and palmiotelic acids, which have strong anticancer effects and fight viruses.
