My favorite recipe with spinach:
Ingredients for 2 :
Olive oil for frying
80 g whole grain pasta
150 g Chicken
100 g Baby tomatoes
150 g Baby Spinach
3 cloves Garlic
Basil (if possible fresh)
Salt and Pepper to taste
How to get started:
Cook the noodles according the instructions
Heat olive oil and add chicken and fry until almost done
Add baby tomatoes and garlic , stir for about one minute
add spinach and stir again until the spinach is lightly wilted.
season with basil, salt and pepper.
Enjoy!
