ham cubes and spring onions on potato puree

I love potato puree.
 Its my number one comfort food. It always reminds me bit of my childhood.

Today I spiced it up with ham and spring onions, black pepper and pinch of sea salt.

Ingredients for 1 portion:
80 g white potatoes
5 g butter
30 g ham
1/2  bunch spring onions

Cook the potatoes until soft, drain water. Mash  the potatoes with a potato masher.
While the potatoes are cooking dice the ham and cut the spring onions in tiny pieces.  Heat the butter and add ham and  then add spring onions. Stir fry until lightly  brownish  in color.
Add pepper and sea salt to your liking.
Arrange puree on a plate and put ham and spring onions on top.
