Laura Mercier Smooth Finish Flawless Fluide Foundation - Review

I really like the feel of Laura Mercier's Smooth Finish Flawless Fluide Foundation, its so moisturising and light weight, and it looks so natural, almost like a tinted moisturiser but with a bit of more coverage. I must say it really gives a flawless and well rested look. So if you like her tinted moisturisers, there is a good chance you will also love this too as I find the texture quite similar, only this one has a more matte yet luminous finish.

Before applying the foundation, you really have to shake the foundation really well to activate it.

I am wearing the shade Ecru - see how luminous it is. 

The foundation is oil free, sweat proof and water resistant and  doesn't contain SPF.  It was also quite long lasting on my my combinations skin. It comes in 24 different shades so finding the right match, shouldn't pose a problem.  The packaging is made from sleek black plastic and its quite light-weight - perfect for travelling.

All in all it is a good foundation for everyday wear, although at the price of € 48.00 little bit overpriced in my opinion,  as it doesn't really contain any miraculous ingredients.  So if you love Laura Mercier foundations, and you loved their tinted moisturiser, and you don't mind the heavy price tag, then  you will love it.  However, like with every new product, I suggest to get a sample first at the counter if you can, it might save few bucks, just in case you don't like it.
