How to do Anti-Aging Facial Massage at Home

My face right after a massage - no makeup - this is really how I look like - warts and all!

It looks like a women have an expiration day in our society, so basically already in our mid thirties we have already reached your shelf life. Well, I think this is bollocks,  I am already in my mid thirties ( actually I can't believe it myself, so don't most people who meet me  - not sure if its my face or my behaviour that makes them think I am much younger than my age) and I can assure you that I haven't been this confident with my looks in my teens or twenties as I am now in my thirties.

Of course, as you know, I am a cosmetics junkie and I would put anything on my face that promises better, younger and smoother skin - probably even chicken poo! ( Well,  I will think about this one though, maybe if I am really, really desperate and really wrinkly!)  But no seriously,  having proper skin care routine implemented will reward you with smoother and younger skin.  ( Jeez, I sound like a doctor! Yeah, and now that we are at the subject - apple a day keeps the wrinkles away!) I've been massaging my skin since mid twenties and if you look any of my photos, you want detect many lines ( if you do please email me immediately   - preventive plan of action must be taken asap!)

I like to use a rose hip oil as a massage medium, but you can really use any oil you have at hand.

Anyways, long story short, here is the video and I promise you if you start massaging your skin ever evening even its only few minutes, you will soon improvement in your skin tone and texture.

BENEFITS OF A FACIAL MASSAGE

  • improves skin texture and muscle tone
  • increases circulation and blood flow
  • nourishes skin
  • soothes and relaxes muscles
  • removes waste and helps with cell renewal

If you don't believe me, try it out for few days  and then see how your skin looks like after a massage - I would say you will get addicted to the results very quickly.
