Say no to takeaways - try homecooked stir-fry instead

I usually get so lazy at the weekends... and sometimes I just cant be bothered with cooking, and this is where are I start thinking of ordering a takeaway, and soon as you know it, it becomes a habit. And we all know, how hard it is, to break a habit! So this is why I don't order takeaways anymore.... I mean they are actually really expensive and not good for your health. Takeways are usually loaded with sugar, unhealthy fats  and are high in sodium, so in a long run  they are really not doing you any favours.

So I learned to satisfy  my Chinese takeaway cravings  with  healthy home cooked  Veggie
Stir-Fries....
Many supermarkets sell  fresh ready to cook stir- fry vegetables, so you don't even have to do the chopping...  and you can add meat, rice or noodles, or whatever you like! So quick and easy... now that is what I call fast food!

Vegetables Stir Fry with Egg noodles

Ingredients for two
Oil to fry
50 g Bean sprouts
1 Red pepper cut in stripes
3 Spring onions diced
1/2 Onion cut in stripes
50 g Cabbage shredded
1 Carrot shredded
100 g Egg noodles
Light Soy Sauce

How to get started:
Cook the egg noodles according the instruction.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add all the vegetables and stir fry until all the veggies are cooked.
Add the egg noodles to the veggies and season with soy sauce.

Enjoy!
